Pitchtraining - Ready for Take-Off

Purpose

The goal of the training is to teach you how to articulate your talents and challenges in a positive and powerful way. This is done, among other things, by asking four questions: Who am I? What can I do? What do I want? And what do I need to achieve that? During the training, you’ll develop this into a pitch and practice delivering it to your peers and to an employer! After completing the basic training, you’ll be fully prepared to give a pitch and will be able to position and present yourself optimally using your personal story (in the form of a pitch).

You’ll learn how to talk about who you are, your experiences and, most importantly, what you need to bring out the best in yourself! We’ll round off the training with an opportunity for you to deliver this pitch to a small group, for example within Fontys or to Fontys’s (business) network.

Upon completion of the training, you will receive a Europass certificate and compensation for your voluntary participation. A final evaluation session will also be scheduled at the end of the program with all students and the trainers. In this meeting, we’ll look back: Where do you stand now in relation to your goal? Have your expectations of the Realists Academy been met, and what has it brought you personally?

After this training, follow-up support is available, and there is the option to form a networking group.
